1. About Nuzan

Nuzan helps people plan, compare and settle in the United Arab Emirates. It offers guides on business set-up, relocation and real estate, and Zayn, an assistant that answers questions from the articles Nuzan has published.

2. Accepting these terms

By using Nuzan you agree to these terms. To create an account you must be at least 18 years old.

3. Information, not advice

Everything on Nuzan is general information. It is not legal, financial, tax, immigration or investment advice, and it does not replace the official authority that decides your case. Fees, rules and procedures change: check them with the relevant authority before you act. Nuzan is not a government entity and does not issue, approve or process licences, visas or permits.

4. Zayn

Zayn is an AI assistant. It answers from Nuzan's published articles and can still be wrong or incomplete. Zayn cannot approve anything, submit applications or act on your behalf. In an emergency, call the police on 999, an ambulance on 998 or civil defence on 997. Do not share passport numbers, bank details or other sensitive information in a conversation.

5. Your account

Give accurate details and keep your password private. You can turn on two-step sign-in in Security, and we recommend it. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Nuzan to break the law, to harass anyone, or to pretend to be someone else. Do not copy the site in bulk, access it with automated tools, try to get around its limits or security, or interfere with how it works.

7. Content

The articles, design and software of Nuzan belong to Nuzan or its licensors. You may read and share links to them for personal, non-commercial use. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Nuzan available and accurate, but we provide it as it is, without a guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, limit or stop features, including the number of messages guests can send to Zayn.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Nuzan is not liable for decisions you make on the basis of its content, or for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell you about significant changes.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
